Tuition for Fall/Spring classes is calculated hourly per student according to the table below. Families with more than one student receive a 5% discount on the total tuition. There is a Registration Fee of $40 per family applied annually. Register for Fall classes before July 4 and receive a discount of $10.

Maximum hourly tuition is $325 per month. No additional tuition is applied over 6 hours.
Advanced Ballet Technique, taught by a Carolina Ballet artist, is billed separately from the hourly rate. Tuition for this class is $45 per month. Students must be enrolled in Ballet 3A or above to participate in this class.
At City Ballet Raleigh, we recognize the difficulty that boys have in taking up ballet. Given the important role that men play, we are offering all boys who are curious about learning the art-form a special Ballet scholarship. Enrolling in a year of ballet will be tuition-free for all boys who can make the commitment to attend classes and participate seriously with our dedicated and focused students. Please note that the scholarship does not apply to other disciplines or Advanced Ballet Technique. Registration and performance fees additional. The scholarship may be revoked if class participation does not meet the standards expected by City Ballet Raleigh.
Recital fees, covering the cost of costumes, rehearsals and theatre rental are additional and billed in October. Families will receive two complimentary tickets to the recital planned for Mother’s Day Weekend, 2022. Recital fees do not apply to Preschool Dance classes or to classes which do not perform.
